This was our first overnight stay with Rover.com. Rachel and Michael were fantastic! I appreciated the daily updates. I could see from the pictures that our pup Lando was happy and comfortable. Best of all, I could easily see that Lando was being well-cared for with love and attention. I will definitely have Lando stay with Rachel and Michael again when we go out of town. They were a joy to work with!

We recommend Rachel and Micahel for dog care. From the first meet-and-greet session, they took a genuine interest to understand our dog and her needs. They made sure that their dog and our dog became friends. We used their service for both daycare as well as for boarding. Our dog received plenty of walks and cuddle time with them both. They kept us well-informed with photos, videos and messages. We feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with them. We feel that they truly enjoy taking care of her.
