Hi everyone! I’m Rachel, I’m 25 and currently working towards a PhD in epidemiology at Queen’s University. I do a lot of my research at home and I have a flexible schedule so I’m available for dog walks and dog sitting. I come from a family of animal lovers so we had a lot of pets when I was growing up. I appreciate all cats and dogs have their own wee personalities, and their own likes and dislikes, so you can trust that I’ll respect what your pet needs on an individual basis and take the time to get to know them and earn their trust. I live in a spacious three-bed terrace in Stranmillis with my partner who is also a dog lover. We have a fenced terraced area outside and we are right behind botanic gardens (perfect for dog walks and zoomies!!). My partner owns the house so there aren’t any issues with pets coming in and staying over. I don’t drive so I can only really visit or walk dogs in the stranmillis/Malone road/ormeau/Lisburn road areas. Happy to meet or have a chat on the phone so I can introduce myself properly and build some rapport before I meet the dogs (or cats)!
