Rachel has been a pet owner for decades. She helped to raise and train a working red coat Labrador. I have never met such a well behaved, trust worthy dog. He truly is a delight to be around and to walk. A few years ago I was looking after some friends children and their dog, The dog was disobedient, wee'd where it wanted to to and was a nightmare to walk, so I called Rachel for advice. She checked in with me over the next few days, made additional suggestions, and, to my complete astonishment, I had the dog walking to heal, no longer pulling at the leash, wee'ing outdoors, and a 50% improvement in behaviour when called ( he would run and hide under beds). I shared what I had learnt with the family, and a few of them were able to take this on board. Rachel is kind and gentle with animals.
