Top priority for me is maintaining the safety, happiness and overall well-being of your furry family member(s) in your absence. It's important to me that your pet(s) feel comfortable with me and anything that they are used to, I'm more than happy to work with you to accommodate. I used to provide care for a pair of senior cats. One of them was diabetic and a bit overweight. The other had some arthritis in his back legs and was going blind. The diabetic cat required special attention while being fed and needed exercise in small amounts throughout the visit. The other cat would get separation anxiety, so I would spend extra time sitting with him in his owner's chair. He would also occasionally have trouble using the litter box properly, so there were times I needed to clean up after him. I was also asked to turn on classical music for them whenever I'd leave the home. I tell you this story because it was one of my very first pet sitting experiences and it greatly influenced my love for caring for animals.
