When I come to the door all the doggies and kitties cheer! When you are not available I will be your pet's best friend by making them feel safe, comfortable and cared for. I love all animals and I speak fluent doggie and kitty. I have many years of experience working with and caring for animals, including volunteering at sanctuaries and owning my own, very successful pet sitting business. I can also administer IV's and medications. I am trustworthy and communicative and will meticulously follow all directions. Every pet is different and I will pay special attention to your pet's specific needs. I can sit for pets of all ages and sizes, pets with special needs and temperaments, and exotic animals. I'm looking forward to becoming your pet's best pal!

Rachel is a wonderful pet sitter. We have two very young standard poodles who are very active and, at the same time, a 14 year old German Shephard/Chow mix who needed constant attention to go out and pee. Max was losing his mind as most older dogs do and Rachel made him feel so loved. Our two young puppies also fell in love with her since she has such wonderful energy and loved playing with them.

A typical day
I will walk your dog in your neighborhood, to a local park if available or I can transport them in my SUV and walk them anywhere you would like me to walk them. We can play ball or Frisbee if your pet loves that or we can just roll around together, snuggle a lot, and play chase or tug o war! I will adapt to whatever your doggies play style is. My goal is usually to tire them out so they sleep until you get home or my next visit.
