Pet care experience
I have been an animal lover my whole life, and I have lived with all kinds of creatures at some point in time. I’m quite comfortable with all kinds of breeds and ages of animals. I would be more than happy to come walk and feed your dog or come stay with them if need be. I’m an active person and I would love to run around with your dog or relax with the older ones. Caring for animals is a passion of mine, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I would be more than happy to look after and care for your fur babies while you're having fun away. Rachel was very easy to work with. My dog is a little nervous with new people in the house but Rachel showed her experience with animals and had Zuzu be-friending her quickly. She text me daily about Zuzu while I was away. I would recommend her to other friends.
Rachel was able to help me out fairly last minute and was really flexible while I still tried to nail down plans for the holidays. I felt good about leaving her with my animals, and she was really sweet with them when she came by to get a rundown of where things are and to meet the pups. Overall, I'm pleased!
Rachel did a good job, our house was clean, and our dog seemed happy and was well cared for. My only ding would be that communication throughout the stay was fairly sporadic and, after my previous regular sitter who would give me daily updates and a picture or more each day, I noticed that the communication coming from Rachel wasn't as consistent or proactive. Otherwise, no complaints.

I don't have have any breed preferences. Before sitting/walking a dog, it would be nice to know how much they pull while being walked (mainly for big, strong dogs). Although I'm quite strong and can generally handle a couple good yanks, I'm a smaller female. It is definitely possible that if your dog is really strong and doesn't walk well on a leash, I will be pulled down if they decide to run.
