Hi! My name is Rachel. I am 25 years old and have my bachelors from SMU. My primary job right now is as a private nanny but I am transitioning into the IT world (currently working on some certifications). I can provide both walks, potty breaks/check ins, overnight stay (at your place), basic grooming (baths and brushing), dog park visits, plant sitting, house sitting, and child care. I have had dogs, cats, and a gerbil in 5th grade. I currently have a half lab half catahoula that was born late Oct 2016. Her name is Karma and i rescued her from being put down by an unwanting home in February 2017. I love to teach her new tricks and take her to the dog park. We go at least once a week. Her current trick list includes shake, high paw, down, sit, and touch. She responds to being called, is both house and crate trained. She has come a far way from the scared little puppy that entered my life. I also have a full lab named Kora. As of November she is 7 months old and somewhere around 65lbs. I am in the process of training her to be a full task-trained service dog for myself. We are in the very beginning stages of training but so far she is doing amazing things! She learns new commands very well and is all around a loveable dog. If this makes you a little uneasy feel free to ask any questions you may have!
