Pet care experience
I am currently a student at Portland State. I have been pet sitting with a few clients for 2 years now, as well as help care for my family's 4 pets and several fish. My family and I have owned and trained several rescue dogs and rescued many cats. Personally I have been working and training with my animals for over 10 years. I love spending time with animals and would love to meet and care for new clients. When pet sitting I not only take care of your animal or animals but also your home. I make sure to do any daily cleaning and weekly chores. When you arrive home it will look exactly how you left it. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to check on pets and your home often. If you need help let me know, I am willing to work around schedules to insure that your pets are being cared for properly.

We've had Rachel care for our 4-legged "kids" several times while we are out of town and hands down, she's the BEST caregiver we've ever had! When we return home, the animals are happy and well-adjusted, not stressed and anxious. She has followed our instructions perfectly and despite being outweighed by our big dogs, walked them regularly and without issue. Our animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) sense her caring nature and naturally gravitate toward her when she's here. When I leave my sweet pets in her care, I do so with absolute confidence.
We always felt comfortable when Rachel came to stay with our cat and dog because she took really good care of them. She is dependable and trustworthy, a winning combination!
Rachel has taken care of our dog several times. She is dependable and flexible as well as well liked by our dog. When we come home our pet is as calm as if we never left. We are so glad to know she is in charge when we are gone.
