Pet care experience
Ever since owning a Sheltie at age 5 I’ve loved all dogs! Currently a dog walker and a recent Vanderbilt graduate taking a couple years before psychology graduate school. Extremely conscientious, thorough, and attentive. I work a flexible part-time schedule (about three-four hours a day), so I have lots of time to tend to dogs! Very responsive to texts/calls and adept time management/organization skills. Experience volunteering with dogs as well. I have a spacious apartment with a dog walking area, as well as access to parks and an expansive neighborhood for dog walking. Positive review from client: “Thank you for walking them, it really helps and they seem so happy!” Dogs make me happy and I strive to do the same for them in return.

I would like to know the dog’s general temperament, pertinent medical issues, and specific care needs/things to watch out for. Dogs thrive on their routines, so I would love to know what is best for your specific dog! If there are any cats in the house as well, please let me know so I can bring my allergy meds. I do well with all energy levels, as the dog I cared for the longest was very high-energy.
A typical day
If the dog is in my area, we can walk around our neighborhood and/or Centennial Park! My apartment also has an outdoor lounge and pet area. If it is a drop-in, walk, or overnight stay at your place, I am more than happy to take your dog on walks or hikes in the area and play with him or her! Just let me know what activities your dog prefers. I also love snuggles if you have a social/affectionate dog. Will give tons of attention and willing to send photo updates.
