I absolutely adore dogs, cats and animals in general! I’ve done a fair amount of pet and house sitting over the last 15 years, and will take great care, intentionality and long in making sure your pet is as happy and at ease as possible, even while they miss you! While I also have a senior dog of my own (her name is Jasmine, and I’m obsessed) I am certainly open to coming to stay at your spot with your pet(s), or keeping my dog and your pet(s) separated. I’m currently taking a sabbatical, after having just left a very demanding nonprofit program management position. Thus, I am wide open and very flexible in either coming to stay at your home with your pet; having them stay with me or simply coming over to give walks, play time, meds and/or just some good old-fashioned TLC. 🥰 As previously mentioned, I would be more than happy to come and stay in your home to care for your pet. If you’re comfortable with me bringing my dog over too- if the pets get along- great! Or, also happy to keep my dog at my spot/go walk her throughout the day as needed, while I stay at yours. Also happy to water plants, bring in the mail and the like! If you’re open to, or prefer, bringing your pet to my spot, I have an apartment with A/C, a backyard for play time, and a lovely quiet neighborhood in black mountain to take the pup(s) on walks.
