Pet care experience
I've loved animals since I was little and have owned/cared for cats and dogs for the last 15+ years. I understand how important it is for you to trust the person caring for your fur babies. My goal is always for you to enjoy your time away knowing that your pet is being well-cared for and loved in your absence. I live in a house in Glen Allen with a large unfenced back yard. I live with my boyfriend of 9 years and 2 roommates (whom we’ve lived with for 6+ years). We’re all animal lovers!

Rachel was an amazing dog sitter for our pup while we were away. She provided daily updates, plenty of pictures, and even went as far as getting some wet food because she was concerned that our dog wasn't eating. We would definitely ask Rachel to dog sit again!
Upon immediately meeting Rachel I knew she had a passion for animals. She took care of my weeks old puppy with ease. Rachel kept me updated through out and answered any question I could think of. She ensured Maverick received as much love as if I was there myself. Thank you for being someone I can trust and Maverick looks forward to seeing you again!
As always Rachel was amazing with our Great Pyrs. They love her and we're so comfortable leaving her to check on them when we're out of town. She knows everything about their personalities and communicates with us about how they're getting on!!! Rachel makes us feel so comfortable when we have to leave. So glad she's with them!!

If there’s anything I can do, big or small, to ensure your dog is taken care of and comfortable, please let me know.
A typical day
I’m very flexible and can adapt to your pet’s needs, whether it’s a 5 mile walk, play time in the back yard, or cuddled up on the couch!

I work mornings at my job and go to college virtually, so my schedule is moderately flexible. I am quick to send/respond to communication as I always have my phone on me.
