Pet care experience
My biggest experience is just loving animals! I previously had to travel for work and know the anxiety that comes with leaving your pet. When living in a state far away from home, I found my pupsitter who loved my baby girl as much as I did, and I want to be that for others and provide guilt and worry free pet care when needed.

Rachel was amazing. My Dexter is an older dog and can get stressed. She was very aware of his special needs as an older dog. She sent photos or videos every day and I could tell that he was relaxed. Rachel was professional, reliable, friendly and very loving towards Dexter. Her home is very clean, she has a fenced back yard as well as a doggie door. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.
I met Rachel 8 years ago as a colleague when we were junior high English teachers. I valued her then for her wise mentorship, integrity, and work ethic. In the past 3 years, she has become a trusted friend with the bonus of allowing me to enjoy Luna, her precious dog. I've observed and interacted with Rachel (and Luna) in various settings including: a) a several month-long stint in my neighborhood during which she provided personal care to a mutual friend in need of help during a long convalescence; b) a week-long beach vacation and road trip; and c) a proud new homeowner extending the utmost in hospitality to another friend and myself. In all of the aforementioned situations, Rachel consistently demonstrated the utmost in reliability, consideration, and thoroughness in every regard related to her precious dog and her human guests/companions. She is smart and thinks fast on her feet. I would trust her implicitly to care for any of my beloved pets or humans.
I have never for a second questioned leaving my fur babies with Rachel. I can see how much she loves and cares for her own fur baby and how she transfers that care to others. Her desire to create a safe space and fun environment for our pets is very apparent. Whether I leave my pets with her for a few hours or an extended amount of time, my trust in her capabilities to care for them is unwavering. My babies are always as excited to see me pick them up as they are to see her when I drop them off. Without doubt, I highly recommend Rachel. If you care about your fur babies, you'll let Rachel care for them.
Rachel is awesome! We received photos and updates of our pups daily, they had such a great time. We were so comfortable leaving the dogs with her, and we will definitely be using her again in the future!

Also, I do have a senior pup so please be aware of that when booking boarding with me. She is pretty low key but I do need to protect her from other pups that may not get along with her.
A typical day
I love taking care of pets based on their needs and no one knows their pet better than the owner. I will plan care for your pet in the way recommended by you.

I work from home with a mostly flexible schedule so I can be flexible to your pet's needs. My least flexible days are Tuesday-Thursday from 11-3. I have two training classes on these days with set times but break time in between classes.
