PUPPY LOVE SPECIALIST

Pet care experience

I've been dog sitting for over 20 years and even 3 generations of pups for the same family. I've worked full time and part time; day-care and long vacation stays. I have experience sitting and walking wonderful small and large dogs- 10 lbs to 100 lbs the love is there. For boarding, I only take one family at a time so your dog/s get specialized care and attention.

Rachel was so great with our very shy and timid pup. She kept us so at ease with lots of photos and updates. Highly recommend Rachel. We will definitely use her again!

Rachel is the best! Pepper had a fantastic staycation with her for 2 days and according to her, was a lot better behaved than she is at home 😂 We’re always in safe hands and paws knowing that pepper is relaxing with Rachel and Reese.

Rachel was absolutely awesome with our two boys, Barkley and Zak. I was nervous leaving Zak as he gets separation anxiety and is a finicky eater, but Rachel was so patient and understanding. She walked our dogs and regularly sent us pics. Rachel’s dog, Reese, was super friendly and our boys enjoyed their stay-cation!

Rachel was awesome. My active 9-month old dog had the time of her life playing with Rachel’s dog and getting lots of attention and affection from Rachel. Her home has the perfect set-up for keeping a close eye on the pups. She sent frequent updates and took some great photos.

Safety, trust & environment

I take up to 30 lbs dogs in my home. I've got a Westie who makes company feel right at home. She is obedient and sweet. It's important that our doggie company feels confident and at ease in our environment. For small or large dogs that I visit in a clients home I feel it's important to keep up the routine to which they are accustom.

Home

Lives in a house
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has 1 dog

Information Rachel K. would like to know about your pet

I'd like to know your dogs strengths and weaknesses. I want to know how they react socially with other dogs and humans. I'd also like to know: their favorite treat, favorite place to get scratches, their favorite activities, everything I need to know to become one of their favorite and most trusted people.

A typical day

I feel it's important to provide every dog with the type of activities best suits their needs and that they enjoy. Some are overwhelmed at dog parks; some thrive. Some do well on hikes; some do not. I want to tailor the fun activities to specially match your dog.
