Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and sizes. From a 95 pound pit bull mix to an 8 pound chihuahua, all have found a place in my heart and home over the years. I feel comfortable with young pets and senior pets, and have no issues with cleaning up messes from puppy potty training or elderly incontinence. I had chickens for a couple of years so I feel comfortable working with them as well. I’d love to help you out with your fuzzy family member!!

Rachel did an exceptional job caring for my two cats, Boo and Evie, and my seven year old German Shepherd, Scout. Scout has specific dietary needs and Rachel was very attentive to his feedings. She provided photo updates of my babies throughout my vacation.

A typical day
I love to play fetch with the dogs I watch—can’t beat the classics!! I like taking them to their favorite spots on walks and giving them some snuggles on the couch if they enjoy snuggles.

Availability
I currently work 10-hour (8:30am-6:30pm) shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I have no commitments on Saturdays or Sundays, so I’m available all day. I am also available on Tuesdays and Fridays after about 7:00pm, depending on how close your home is to my place of work in New Bern.
