Pet care experience
I grew up having dogs and have loved every single one I've ever met. I'm a post grad living in the city so I cannot have one of my own just yet but want to become best friends with your pup! Dogs instantly brighten my day and I'd love to go on walks, play, snuggle, and take care with your pet. I've taken care of all dogs from puppies to elderly and can handle any size or breed you have. I am a very reliable and responsible individual. Before I graduated I balanced being a full-time student with two jobs. Now I am only working one job and I have more time to do what I love, which is being around all of the dogs! My availability is primarily weekends but can do mornings or evenings on weekdays.

Rachel was fantastic! For me, she was patient and flexible as I figured out logistics of multiple sitters while I was out of town. She was always prompt to respond and had a laid-back, positive attitude that this new-ish dog mom truly appreciated. I was the one texting her for updates! No news was good news! As far as my pup, Mr. Bo, was concerned, he couldn’t have been more happy! He is a sweetie and a snuggler, but a little more than my friends could handle (you know - they think he’s cute, but then they realize he poops, and he’s “a lot to handle”). Rachel is definitely a dog person and took to Bo at our home visit so quickly! She assured me that he was a good boy! I will definitely contact her in the future for Bo!
Rachel absolutely lights up around dogs - she might actually like them more than people! (It might be because of all the dogs she had growing up, or she might just be like the Dog Whisperer guy.) Anyways, she's been really great with the dogs I've seen her with, from the basic responsibilities of walking and feeding to the weird stuff, like dealing with a dog who is insisting on eating his own leash. She handles every situation they throw at her without batting an eye, and at the end of the day she's still happy to play and cuddle as long as the dog is. TL;DR Do I trust Rachel to make dogs feel loved and cared for? 100%
I would highly recommend Rachel. I have known her for many years now and my family and I always rely on her to take care of our dogs when we go on vacation. She is very comfortable around dogs and has always taken excellent care of mine!
I happen to be Rachel's father so I may seem a bit biased, but seriously Rachel is very dependable, she was very helpful with our two dogs, walking, playing with them, always checking whether they had water and food. She has always been a "dog person", so I know she would take the utmost care with any pet she was paired up with

I make sure to limit time away from your pets. During my working hours I bring my laptop with me so I can stay home with your pets and take them out regularly. When I need to run out I’ll bring them with me when I can so they can get extra walks in.

Please let me know of any medication they may take along with how often they need to receive it. Also let me know if your dog as any separation anxiety, I try to be with them constantly but in case they do, I’ll make sure to keep errands to a minimum.
A typical day
I love to take them on adventures, exploring new routes and areas of the neighborhood. When we’re home we’ll play with all their toys and have little photoshoots to keep you posted on how they’re doing!
