Pet care experience
I've always loved dogs, and grew up taking care of my family's and friends' dogs in our neighborhood. Last year, I trained a young puppy to be a service dog (yellow lab) for a non-profit called Eyes Ear Nose and Paws, so I got to learn a lot about puppy training and health. I frequently dog walk/run and dog sit for friends who have medium- and large-sized dogs!

Rachel is a true dog-lover whose love for being outdoors makes her the perfect match for any active/walk-needing pup. I lived with Rachel while she was training a service dog (Marty), and saw her balance training/discipline - Marty was with Rachel as a puppy - with lots of fun - trail runs and frisbee outings. Rachel would make a great dog-sitter or dog-walker - she is timely, reliable, and is sure to get along with your dog.

A typical day
I love long walks and playing with dogs! I’ll take your dog on a trail or to a dog park and let them socialize or check out new smells. I also love running, so if you’re dog is highly active I’d love to wear them out at Peet’s Hill, S Cottonwood, Hyalite, or in the bridgers!

I'm currently working from home on a flexible schedule, so I can be free as needed most days. I usually have most of my meetings on Tuesdays, so I'm less available then, but it depends on the week!
