Rachel showed up on time for my dogs walk but unfortunately there were multiple problems during this walk. I witnessed this Rover forcibly shoving my 5 month old puppy into her crate. My puppy is crate trained and has never had issue with my regular Rover walker with getting into the crate after getting water and a treat. (Which I am unsure that my puppy was given water after her walk due to the timing of the video clips and also her water bowl inside her crate was not refilled) This was passed onto Rachel but unfortunately my camera caught this Rover wrestling aggressively with my puppy and then shoving her resulting in her back hitting the crate door and then pushed her into the crate in order to close the door. She was then given a treat after being placed inside. I also asked this Rover if she knew how to place my dogs into their gentle leaders for their walk and was assured that she did know how to use them. When leaving and when returning to my house I noted on my cameras that they were not remotely applied correctly which could have easily resulted in my dogs getting loose during the walk. Thank goodness that did not happen, but I would have been happy to explain how to put them on if she had not told me she knew how to do it. I also had other options that she could have used if she wasn’t comfortable with them. I hate to write poor reviews of anyone but unfortunately the circumstances that lead up to this review were just too many and too intense to be ignored. I would hate for this situation to happen with anyone else. My dogs are my babies and I just ask that they are treated with respect.
