Pet care experience
I work part-time, with varying hours. Our house has a fenced yard next to a park. My schedule is flexible and easy-going. I've loved animals my entire life and have experience adopting and loving rescue animals. We volunteer at a local shelter, fostering cats and kittens periodically. I truly believe that animals are unique and beautiful, each with their own personalities and needs. I'm happiest when taking care of animals and will treat them like they are part of the family. Walks are a part of my daily life and I'm able to go for several hours or just around the block, depending on the dog's needs. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend.

Rachel and her family took great care of our girl Polly while we were on vacation for a week. They went on plenty of walks & excursions. We even got pictures throughout the week to let us know how she was doing. I would definitely recommend Rachel & choose her again!
Rachel came for three drop-in visits while we were out of town/working and she's fabulous. Super reliable, checked in after each visit, and took our dog on a little walk too. :)

A typical day
I'm completely flexible and can follow the dogs needs. I love going on walks, whether it's around the block at a leisurely pace, or long hike at a fast pace. One of my favorite places is 1000 acres (Sandy River Delta) if your dog is comfortable off lease and around other dogs.
