I love animals and have kept happy, adoring pets for almost my entire life. My friends call me first when they need a drop-in or overnight petsitter because of my enthusiasm and trust with their furry pals. I especially have a soft spot and skill with the "older crowd," having cared for many senior dogs and cats in their sunset years. I practice positive reinforcement and can patiently wait out the pickiest pooper on walks. Need someone to tire your pup out? Great! I need the exercise. Have a shy little dude who just wants to know someone is there? I have a book and a willing lap. Does your elderly pup need help up and down the stairs and a little extra time outside to get business done? I'm strong, gentle, and patient. We'll take all the time we need. I now live in an apartment that prohibits dogs, and the time I spend with animals outside of my home is just as much of a joy for me as it is for them! I also pride myself on being a stellar houseguest, keeping your home and your pup safe and secure while providing the very best care. I've done sitting gigs for as long as two weeks or as short as an overnight emergency stay.
