Pet care experience
Hi! I love pets. I love and enjoy taking care of them. I’m extremely responsible and have lots of integrity. I’m originally from Israel. Been living here for 10 years. I have experience of over 10 years of dog walking/sitting. I’ve been doing a lot of dog sitting for my friend, who has 3 elderly dogs- which needed extra care, medication, walks, wee-wee pads,etc. I used to have a cat back in Israel. I’ve been doing dog walking for one client couple times a week, but I’m ready to add more clients. I live in a nice size one bedroom apt that is very convenient to have a dog/cat stay over. I’m a professional freelance photographer and also working from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I’m ready to meet and take care and give love to your pet!

We feel so lucky to work with Rachel for dog boarding and can’t recommend her enough. She is so thoughtful and genuinely cares for animals; we can tell our dog Margot feels comfortable and happy with her. Even after a year apart Margot remembered Rachel and was so happy to arrive at her apartment. Rachel sends pictures and updates regularly and we’re so grateful to have the peace of mind knowing our dog is well cared for when we have to be away.

Rachel is an excellent sitter for your pup. She took incredible care of my chow chow puppy, Matteo. She updated me frequently on how he was doing. Rachel communicated and informed me of anything she was running out of as far as supplies, during his stay. I would highly recommend Rachel!
Such an incredible sitter for my new puppy! She sent me videos and pics to keep me updated. I couldn’t be happier with having Rachel watch over Matteo, while I was away for the week.

There’s nothing in the Apt that is a hazard. The space is safe and if I leave the pet for a couple of hours, I live them in my bedroom so they’d feel safer and not close to the Apt’s door where they can hear neighbors and other noises.

A typical day
I usually take the dogs to Ruppert park; Central Park; Carl Schurz. Depends on your dog’s needs but I usually take them out 3 times a day.
