I've owned and cared for dogs off and on since I was a kid. I recently adopted a small cattle dog mix named Rio and have loved going on walks and working on training with him, and would love to help take care of your dogs as well! Comfortable walking, feeding, plying with, and lightly grooming (such as bathing and brushing) dogs of all ages.

I currently have my dog in a small apartment with no yard, but on-site gated dog park area. A small or medium-sized dog would work well in my home, but for larger dogs, it would be best to be able to care for them in your home.

Prefer to work with dogs who have good leash skills and are friendly. I don't have any breed preferences as long as they are good-natured and can get along with a new person.
A typical day
Walks in the morning and evening, fetch and other playtime (indoors or outdoors). Happy to walk in neighboods/residential areas, or on the loop trails or through parks as the weather allows.

Availability
I am currently in graduate school and have time and have flexible availability most days to participate in pet care. When I have cared for dogs working from home in the recent past, my general daily routine with them is a morning walk and breakfast, then another short lunchtime walk or play session, and another late afternoon or evening walk before dinner and bedtime, but this routine can be adjust based on the individual pet's needs and services required.
