Pet care experience
I love spending time with dogs! From high energy dogs that need to run, to slower seniors that take their time, I can accommodate a variety of needs! I am an at-home student with plenty of time to get your fur baby outdoors and exercising! I can offer waking, running, hiking, and trail running. I am willing to do walks between 30 minutes - 2 hours (rates vary with length). I also can do drop-in visits during the day for dogs/cats/other animals. I’m a responsible adult who will keep your pet’s needs a priority. I’ve had pets my whole life and always love meeting new babies! I’ve lived in this area for almost 20 years. I am very familiar with all the trails at Montreat and would love to take your dog on a forest romp! (On-leash only)

Rachel is an exemplary pet caregiver. Her love for animals and adventurous spirit makes her the perfect person to entrust your furbabies with. She will take them on long hikes or walks around the neighborhood and give them all the love and attention and more. I never had to worry leaving my babies with her. They were always excited to see her and were well taken care of.
I am pleased to write a recommendation for Rachel for Rover. We have seven furry kids (five cats and two dogs) and we love to travel. There have been a number of times when I had concerns while on a trip with a pet sitter and it makes for a miserable trip. I decided no more travel until I found a great pet sitter. Through a mutual acquaintance, I found Rachel and could not be more pleased. We just returned from a three-week trip and used Rachel for our pet sitter. I felt at ease with her reliability, responsibility, honesty, integrity, and most certainly, her love for animals. This trip, I had no worries because I knew the best was in charge of the pets. If I can't get Rachel to pet sit, I will not go anywhere. You will not be disappointed.
