Rachel is a very kind and welcoming person. She boarded Brandon during Thanksgiving and she took good care of him. She was very nice and interested in knowing anything he may need. Brandon has seasonal allergies so sometimes he may need to wear a cone and take allergy pills. So far, his hot spot looked great when I picked him up. I would repeat and recommend her service!
