Pet care experience
I grew up on a large family farm with all kinds of animals. We recently had two senior Shih Tzu's that each had their own special needs. After the loss, we are ready to open our home to new pups! We love all dogs and animals of all kinds. Our property is a large 3 acres. Our large backyard is fenced. We enjoy hiking and long walks. My husband works from home so there's someone always here for potty breaks, snuggles and treats. We do have one friendly, easygoing cat. Your dog must be comfortable around cats. We are happy to give medications or whatever special needs that you might require.

Took great care of my 2 dogs. One is old and needs special care and they did a great job treating him gently.
Geoff and Rachel were so gentle and welcoming for Casey. He's a pretty good boy, but he can get rambunctious. Geoff even got Casey to eat all his food! That's an accomplishment, as Casey tends to eat just a little when he feels like it. Apparently, Geoff is a better cook that I! They also kept us up to date with photos and descriptions of Casey's antics. Very entertaining. We look forward to the next time we'll need a sitter. Geoff and Rachel will be first on our list, only partly because they're conveniently located near us. The more important part is that they're competent with a great place for Casey to play. Thank you for taking care of our little boy, Guys.
Rachel and Geoff were great. They were able to accommodate us last minute for a trip. They kept us posted with updates and pictures of my happy dog. The property is nice for the dogs to be outside as well as some dog walking. Your dogs will be well cared for here. I would book with them again. Thanks you guys!

We love all breeds of dogs from doodles to pit bulls. We have been fortunate to have a large extended dog family. If your dog is aggressive then we would not be able to host your dog.
A typical day
We live in beautiful Meadow Vista with lots of land and walking trails. We enjoy taking advantage of all the local hiking trails nearby. Plus, Bear River is one of our favorite spots to jump into the water on a warm day.

My husband works from home and we are generally homebody people. I work about 32 hours a work. I am usually at work at 10 am and home by 5:30 pm.
