Pet care experience
I grew up with two childhood dogs (border collie mix and lab mix), after they passed we began fostering dogs for a few years. I’ve worked with many different breeds with various issues. I definitely have a passion for caring for animals🐾 I live in a duplex in a nice neighborhood in Coral Gables with two other roommates. My roommates are totally fine with me caring for dogs and often times help out as well. There is a huge field nearby and tons of places to walk around. I would take your pets for walks at the park and around my neighborhood .

Rachel was amazing. She accepted my pup on super short notice and took the BEST care of him. She updated me daily and sent me plenty of pictures! She even took him to Starbucks to get a pup cup (his favorite). I would highly recommend her! If I’m ever in the Miami area again, I will definitely rebook with Rachel!
Rachel was great! So kind to my two doggies and very communicative throughout, which I really appreciated.
Rachel was awesome, took amazing care of my doggy and showed him all the love and affection he could ask for. Will definitely contact her again in the future!
Rachel was really great with Willow. She constantly sent pictures and even felt Willow was relaxed throughout her stay. Would definitely board Willow with her again.

Unless a owner has requested otherwise, I usually let the dogs have free roam over my whole place. I’ve never really had issues with them getting into things as long as they have toys and a nice place to hangout. If issues arise, I would confine them to a slightly smaller area or section of the house when I’m not home so they aren’t getting into as much.

I would need to know if a dog is aggressive around other dogs or strangers, this isn’t a problem just something that I would definitely need to keep in mind. I would mainly just like to know the dogs general routine. What time do they eat, go on potty breaks, go on longer walks etc. It would be helpful to know any issues the dog has like not being potty trained, eats/chews on socks etc. Regardless, I usually get to know the dogs very quickly!
A typical day
I love taking the dogs on walks around the neighborhood or taking them to the dog park. There are a few different fields around my place that are great for walks and letting the dogs run free (if the owner is comfortable with that).

Availability
I am currently a student so I would need to work pet care around my class schedule. I always have frequent breaks in my day so Im able to come home for walks and bathroom breaks. My schedule is very flexible.
