Pet care experience
As long as I've been alive, there has always been a four-legged animal running around with me. I have dog sit for family before and am always ready to make new furry friends. I love playing outdoors with dogs. I currently own an 85 lb. boxer/pit mix who is my pride and joy and I also help take care of my stepmother's shitzhu who receives medical attention to her eyes almost everyday. I have experience taking care of cats, dogs, and guinea pigs. I always keep an open line of communication in case the owners want constant updates and I never fail to check in with owners every time I do drop in visits. You can trust me with your fur babies! I promise to treat them as well as I do my own.

Rachel has been a constant when it comes to my pets for a solid three years and counting. I moved to NC for a job opportunity from PA. With big moves comes A LOT of traveling back and forth, visiting, holidays, etc. Rachel has been timely, personable, responsible and affectionate towards my animals. She always sends photos via text or phone calls to check in and update. She has provided a level a care that would be on par to my own (or how she treats HER own). This has been undisputed from day one.. however, when my eldest cat fell ill a few months ago she took great care to update me every chance she got while I was away. She let me know - down to the tiniest detail what was happening and if she had noticed any changes. If it was ANYONE else - outside of immediate family - I probably would have stayed home for the holidays. The level of security and my confidence in her is unparalleled. Thanks Rachel!! I know the babies are excited to see you soon!!
Rachel is amazing. I have two crazy pits and they love her. She follows the instructions left for her exactly and if there is any questions, she will ask. I get pictures and updates on their behavior and when they were let out so I can enjoy my time away from home. She's respectful of my home and leaves it just as she found it. I trust her greatly with my two precious babies. She is true dog lover and they know it.

I do not have any breed preferences. Please warn me ahead of time if they get carsick, can't have certain treats, do not get along or play well with other dogs (in case we run into one), or are not good with strangers (I myself will just come up to a dog to say hi and rub it's ears and not everyone is so easily convinced).
A typical day
We can go for walks at Sunset Park, City Lake, or Battle Park. We can play fetch or ride around town. We can even go to petsmart and look at all the toys.
