Pet care experience
Hi there! I'm Rachel, and there's nothing I love more than pampering a dog. I'm the person who stops on the street to say hi to your dog, and I've turned biters into kissers. Both the dogs I had in my childhood were rescued mutts, and I have experience with puppies and dogs of all sizes. I've cared for senior dogs who have needed special diets and medications multiple times a day. I love getting to know dogs as individuals and spending time with them doing their favorite activities. All rules the owners set, as well as special instructions, will be followed to the letter. I'll do my absolute best to be your pet's best friend while you're away. I can't wait to get started getting to know you and your dog!

Rachel was great! She met with me before hand so I could be comfortable that my babies would be ok with her while we were gone. She was super responsive with all of my questions and even though I was super anxious and bugged her constantly while we were gone she was patient with me as well!
Rachel was gracious enough to take care of our group of misfits on fairly short notice allowing us to get away for a long weekend. Our dogs don't do well in new settings so it was important to have someone who could stay at out place. Our 8 year old weimaraner Sheldon takes tons of meds to control his epilepsy and Rachel took very good care of him. Would definitely rebook.
Dependable and responsive. Her love for doggies was easy to see.
Thank goodness for Rachel's help! She helped to take care of my dad's support dog and give him insulin shots twice a day. I don't know what I would have done without her help. Rachel was very responsive and caring.

Availability
I work from home and for myself, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I do have a dog of my own with severe anxiety, so I need to spend at least a few hours with him everyday.
