Rachel watched my dog Winston back in November and she seemed fine. I booked her again for one night in February and it was a disaster. Instead of staying home with Winston, she went out and left him alone until 12:15 am. When I got home, I reviewed my puppy cam footage and learned that she let my dog go for nearly 15 HOURS without going out for a walk. On top of this, she moved my bed and the rug in my room (ostensibly to plug in a charger, but there are three exposed outlets in my bedroom that don't require moving furniture), moved my desk, floor lamp, and a bookshelf in my living room, and unplugged my keyboard, mouse, and speakers from my computer so she could connect them to her laptop. I hope this review spares other people from a bad experience.

Rachel stayed with my dog for three nights and was amazing! My little guy is afraid of people and very dog-reactive. Rachel came over several times before my trip so that Winston would be comfortable with her. She sent me photos and updates while I was away. And she handled him both on and off leash like a pro. I've already recommended her to other pet owners in my building.
