I’ve been involved with animals since about 8 years old and have been part of dog rescues almost my entire life! I currently foster for Sandy Paws rescue and love being able to open my home to a dog in need. I was the go-to neighborhood pet sitter and enjoyed every minute I was able to provide comfort to these animals while their owners were away. I truly believe that animals are the greatest gift of all time!

Rachel has been an amazing caretaker for my 2 dogs, Ralph and Luna! I met Rachel a few years back and am so grateful for her. She takes Ralph and Luna for long walks on the beach in the fall and to the bogs in the summer. She is the most trust worthy and cares for my pups like they are her own. I highly recommend her services!!

It’s important to know some of your pets typical habits or if they like to dig/could escape the yard etc. It’s also helpful to know if they’re friendly with other dogs and any things that may scare them so I can be sure they’re not in any scary situations. All info is good info!
A typical day
I love being outside and would enjoy taking the dog(s) I watch for a nice long walk (if the dogs would enjoy that). I’d also love playing with toys, throwing a ball, etc. My goal is to provide enough stimulation to the animal so that it feels comfortable taking a nap until it’s parents got home.

I’m currently self employed and have tons of time to care for dogs. Walks, potty breaks, play time, you name it! I’m excited to get back to my roots of constantly being around dogs.
