Pet care experience
I've recently moved to the Seattle area. I grew up helping take car of a variety of animals, everything from horses and gerbils to poison dart frogs, and of course lots of cats and dogs. I love working with animals and used to foster kittens when I was in high school as well as volunteering at a local shelter and veterinary clinic.

Reliable and took good care of our two older dogs with more specialized needs.
Rachel has done an outstanding job watching our two dogs at our home. I have one senior dog and one very anxious dog that were well cared for. The house was pristine upon our return as well.
Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of our dog! He is highly anxious and loved her from the time she came for the meet and greet. We were so grateful to have her with him while we traveled.

Let me know it their is any training you have been doing with your dog and what I can do to keep their environment consistent. For older pets or any pets on medication, a very detailed schedule for administering the medication is important to me.
A typical day
I'm a runner and enjoy taking care of active dogs. Going on long walks and exploring the area with a canine companion is always fun. Also happy to take cats on walks too but I know that takes a very specific cat.

Availability
I'm a graduate student at UW and currently have classes on Tuesday through Friday, I can still housesit those days but would need to leave for 4 - 5 hours to attend class. No conflict with dog walking or drop in visits.
