Before I moved out to Pittsburgh I lived with three big dogs (Pitt mix, lab, cattle mix). They live back at home with my mom in Philly and I miss them so much! Our family is super involved with our local rescue and we frequently had foster pups. We have had all different types ranging from the scared and shutdown to the rambunctious and excited. Fostering is one of my favorite things to do and it has allowed me to learn so much about our four legged friends. I have also been a volunteer at the animal shelter for two years. At the shelter I help bathe dogs and I take the highly stressed and anxious ones for jogs on the trail. I moved out to Pitt for school and recently accepted a job here!! About a year ago I rescued my own dog- Zeus :) he is the friendliest, sweetest boy ever and loves friends!!! He’s older (~10) but has so much energy and loves to play.
