Pet care experience
I’ve volunteered with Guiding Eyes for the Blind as a puppy home socializer for as long as I can remember. I’ve also helped out as a kennel assistant with experience in dog bathing, feeding, and walking! I also have taken care of cats, guinea pigs, and parrots.

Just amazing! Very nice and friendly even went out her way to try to comfort them even when I knew they would hide most the time. Just the best! I’ve never done anything like this before so I didn’t know how it would turn out. But no better feeling than trusting someone like Rachel to take care of my babies!
Rachel did great with drop in visits for my dog. I was out on vacation for a week and felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands!

I’m excited to take care of pet’s in their own home by ensuring they are well fed and have enough water before leaving, keeping all doors and windows the same way I found them, and cleaning any messes made. For dog walking, I will keep the dog on a leash at all times and be able to keep up at any pace for the duration of the walk!

Please let me know any special needs or medications that your pet is on. Also, I would appreciate a heads up on any triggers for your dog (if they chase after other dogs, people, squirrels, etc.) so that I can properly prepare for walks!

I love to play fetch with dogs and take them running outside in a yard or park. I also enjoy walking pups around the neighborhood and exploring the area.
