Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my whole life and I currently have a 1.5 year old English Cream Retriever! She is an absolute cutie, angel and lover! She loves playing with new friends & is never rough. She is trained and I would be happy to carry on any training you may be doing! I have fostered for and volunteered at many shelters in the past and am wanting to get more opportunities to love on pups. I’m available for drop-ins, walks and house sitting! If requested, I’d bring my dog along so they could play/walk together to get more social experiences, more energy out and a new friend :) *I will only accept boardings where my dog has socialized with your dog(s) a couple different times before staying at our house.

Rachel is the Best!!!!! She watched my puppy over the weekend and sent me many updates and pictures! I have a 1 year old husky who has a lot of energy. She took him on plenty of walks and played with him in the yard. I 10/10 recommend Rachel and will be asking her to watch Milo again!

Rachel has helped with my yellow lab, Paisley, multiples times over the last two years & always does a great job! She loves her like her own. Highly recommend Rachel for all of your dog sitting, walking & bathroom break needs!

I love to know more and all about your dog! I love being an expert and it pays off when working with animals. Any behaviors, positive or negative, any routines to follow, any allergies (I love making homemade dog treats!!) and signs/symptoms of anything serious, and all the goofy things in between!
A typical day
I LOVE being outside so walks and outdoor playtimes are always a must. I try to stay off main roads when doing walks. I will tailor my walks/play time to your pup(s) Inside- I love creating enrichment activities for pups (snuffle mats, lick mats, ice treats, hidden bones/treats, etc.) I love a good DIY toy/activity! Enrichment is so important for dogs mentally and keeps them entertained! I am very creative as well if outdoor time is not available. Fetch up and down the hallway or stairs, tug toys, or simply…. snuggle time :)

Availability
I work mainly from home and only sometimes will have to leave to go into the office for a couple hours a day. I make my own daily schedule so I can work around your schedule! I am able different times during the day to do checkins or walks!
