Pet care experience
My name is Rachel. I’ve had pets my entire life and for the past year, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I volunteer at the humane society 10-15 hours a month to help with dog walking and general animal care. I am a highly active person, so I love to take dogs for long walks or runs! I have two rescue cats of my own that I have raised since they were 4 weeks old. I have plenty of experience safely administering medicine to cats. I live within walking distance of several lovely parks and a five-minute drive from a gated dog park. I will maintain any schedules or routines you have with your pets to make your time apart as seamless as possible!

Rachel was a great dog sitter! My dog is a little shy around strangers but she immediately took to rachel when she came over for a meet and greet the day before we left for our trip. She made sure to ask about our dog’s commands and where she’s allowed to be in the house. I felt so much better knowing Poppy was in such great care!
I love my dog more than anything on this planet. So to say I’m a little over protective of him would be an understatement. Rachel is one of the few people I trust to take care of him. She is responsible, attentive to detail and incredibly reliable. Sometimes I think he likes her more than me! She has that special something when it comes to caring for animals. 12 out of 10 would recommend her services.
Rachel has watched all of my fur babies on multiple occasions. She is kind, caring, and treats them like they’re her own pets, which is so important to me. Admittedly, I’m a bit OCD, especially when it comes to them, and Rachel has great attention to detail and always follows my instructions for all of them to a tee. Rachel has helped me with my dog and my cat for about a year. I haven’t found a more trustworthy, caring, attentive and flexible sitter. I travel last minute for work frequently and can count on Rachel to take care of my babies. She comes to my house using the smart key I give her. She spends time with the pets which is wonderful, especially on long trips. She walks the dog and even takes him to the dog park. You can tell she has a passion for animals. Your furry friends will be in great hands with Rachel. I think mine are starting to love her more than me!

Availability
I currently work full time in cancer research and have my master’s in medical science. For dog walking, I can do weekday evenings after 4 pm and anytime on the weekends. For house sitting, I would be available on the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
