Pet care experience
I shared an apartment with a roommate who had two cats, one under 1 and the other 3. Whenever the roommate was gone (which was often and overnight) I looked after and cared for them. I have since looked after co-workers older cat for an extended amount of time. I keep their needs met and their normal schedule continued.

Rachel watched my cat Applebee for 9 days and she was awesome! She came by everyday and sat with him for two hours, loving on him and playing. When I got home she had done the dishes for me as well. The next time I go out of town I will definitely give her a call.
I lived with Rachel for 3 years and have seen her interact with many people and animals! She has never failed to be respectful, kind, and careful. She works well with people, but she is also compassionate for animals. Any time I needed someone to watch my pets, Rachel was always my first pick. She’s responsible and eager to learn what’s best for each pet. Even now that I live far away, she was the first person I thought of when an animal needed re-homed. This is someone you can easily trust with your furry best friend!

I would like to know if the dog needs any daily medical attention. If so, I do not think I would be the best option due to my lack of experience with special needs dogs.
A typical day
My main goal is to keep your pet on its daily routine. With cats I introduce myself slowly and gain their trust with me before diving in completely. I always implement play time and exercise to burn off any anxiousness or excitement from owners being away.

My work schedule currently is M,W,F 10-6, T & R 10-3, and every other Saturday 10-3. Weekends will work best but willing to check on your pet before and after work!
