Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and started really taking the lead care of them during high school. I currently have 2 dogs, one of which I’ve had for 6 years this April. I’m available all day any time! Have raised several puppies. So I have a lot of experience with training young dogs and giving them the specific care they need. I love playing with dogs outside and love taking long walks with them. My older dog suffered a spinal cord injury a few years ago, which she has since recovered from but still has specific needs from. so I also have experience taking care of dogs that are temporarily special needs and need specific care though that is the extent of my experience with special needs dogs. I have a lot of patience though for whatever a dog needs!

She has provided loving attention to dogs suffering from medical problems, often requiring intricate administration of medicine and delicate handling for safety. She is great with dogs and would be a wonderful addition to the Rover team in Asheville, North Carolina. She also loves other pets including, but not limited to cats, hedgehogs, snakes, and other common household pets. Rachel also has experience as an apiarist. Rachel rocks!
