I've always been an animal lover and have been privileged to work in the pet industry for 17 years now. I've worked as a pet sitter, pet store associate, kennel tech, dog trainer, dog day care leader, pet nutritionist, and vet tech assistant. Since 2013, I've worked in animal welfare fulfilling various roles. For the last 5 years, I've managed an animal shelter and love what I do! I aspire to provide exceptional care and service. I have extensive experience in animal handling and training. I’m always on alert. My priority is to keep your pets and home safe at all times. I also want your pets to feel loved and secure while you are away. I understand how stressful it can be and will do whatever I can to help ease their mind!

Rachel did amazing with our 2 big dogs! She was incredibly communicative from the first time we reached out until we got back from our trip and she sent lots of pictures while we were away.highly recommend!
Rachel did so well with my pups who need some special handling as they are both fosters working on building confidence with new people, situations, and with each other. I was nervous leaving them for a couple of days but Rachel communicated very well and managed everything perfectly! Highly recommend, will definitely have her again if she's able!
Rachel was a wonderful sitter! She communicated often which helped ease my anxiety. My boys are a little older and require some specialized care. She followed all of my directions with care. I came home to a clean house and happy pups! I recommend Rachel to anyone! 😁
Rachel stayed with our German Sheppard and took great care of him. She gave him his medications, played with him and communicated to keep us informed throughout her stay. The house was great when we returned too. We will definitely have Rachel care for him again.

Schedule
I do work full time managing an animal shelter, but my schedule is flexible and I’m off evenings and weekends. I’m available for walks or play time during the week and most Saturdays. I’m available for overnight pet sitting.
