Pet care experience
I've spent many years taking care of my mother's 8 yr old blonde lab for her. Feeding and playing with her whenever my mom would forget or was too busy to take care of her herself. I love dogs and prefer them to be on the bigger side (more of a furry cushion to love!), but I'm a dog person in general. So I don't mind what size they are either way. It's just that I have much, much more experience watching bigger sized dogs for other people. I have a pretty sharp memory as well, so just let me know what you want for your dog and I'll be happy to provide all of the walks and care I can within the times allotted!

Rachel was so good to my dog Paisley! I am looking forward to booking her for a 10 stay while I am on vacation. My dog has anxiety and Rachel was patient and helped her feel comfortable away from home!
Rachel was able to take my GSD girls for a long weekend on short notice and was very accomodating to our schedule. She took care of my girls and gave us updates while we were away.
Rachel is really great! She is a devoted animal lover with common sense. She is steady, reliable and trustworthy. Rachel gives each pet in her care individual attention. She gets to know them well and enjoys their personality quirks and is always laughing at their antics. I have known her for almost 30 years. She has recently been doing pet respite care and boarding. No aggressive dogs or unneutered males, please. My female dog is over 9 yrs old and does not have the patience or energy for that. Also I won't take any Sheperds that aren't crate trained who are still very young (3 and under). They are too hyper indoors for my tastes. Must make their crates available to me during stay, please. Especially extended ones.
A typical day
I like to take my own dog down for a quick walk to the coffee shop right down the street from me. So that will more than likely be a fave walking destination for your pets as well while they're with me. ☺
