I’m Rachel and I love dogs! Because I work from home as a voice actor, I have all day and a flexible schedule, perfect for the care of your furry friends. I’m lucky enough to have worked for Lucasfilm, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and the Four Seasons over the last 17 years and have learned a lot about communication, respect, and honesty - which is something I take into the care of pups! I have a great love and sensitivity for animals. I want to care of them because I know I can provide them with the best. Since I cannot own hundreds of pets, this is the next best thing. I'm very professional, organized and detail oriented and most of all, a huge lover of animals! I can’t wait to meet you and your pup. Growing up, there was always a dog around. For the last 36 years, I’ve owned dogs and my current pup, a rescue Chihuahua and Miniature Pinscher mix named Coco, has been my best friend for the past six years. I’ve also taken in foster dogs over the years and am the go-to sitter for friends, family members, and neighbors, In addition to my care for dogs, I’m experienced with cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, and horses - I even used to show them! I would be happy to care for any of these animals on Rover. I have a extensive background in art, photography, acting, singing, writing, comedy and dance, so when I’m not pet sitting, I love to be creative & have fun! I go running with my dog and love to hike, bike, and work out, so I'm in great shape to be active with your dog! I'm incredibly sensitive to the needs of animals & would be thrilled to give your pet the best care they deserve! I live in a large a gated community - great for long or short walks, depending on each dog's needs. There are many walking/hiking trails nearby that I like to run and would be happy to take a dog with their owners permission. We also have a fenced-in yard, perfect for sunbathing, potty breaks, and playtime. Your dog will find a wonderful place to curl up in my wonderful home.
