Hi! I'm Rachel. I've been a dog owner for 15 years, but unfortunately my pup is back east with my family, so I'm looking to play with other people's dogs! I have 2.5 years' experience at an animal shelter in Salem, MA, where I walked and socialized dogs and puppies of all sizes. A big part of my volunteer job was training dogs to walk properly on-leash. I was also trained to work with dogs that are nervous, have health problems, or have behavioral difficulties. I am happy to take your pup on walks around the neighborhood, on hikes, or on short runs. I am comfortable with well-behaved dogs of all sizes, and can work comfortably and well with small- and medium-sized dogs who need a little more practice with their politeness. I live in Boulder and work in Golden. Generally, I can do walks and drop-ins in downtown Golden during working hours on Monday-Thursday. In the evenings, and any time Friday-Sunday, I can hang out with your pup in Boulder! I have some flexibility with my work schedule if needed as well!
