Warmest greetings! Thank you for taking the time to read about my family and me! My name is Rachel, and I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up with my grandfather who was a veterinarian by trade. I am an experienced sitter who you can trust to take amazing care of your pup(s). I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and go on fun adventures with the pups in my care. Dogs ALWAYS come first in our home. My job is to make sure your pup feels safe, secure, and has the best time while you are away! I’m always excited to take my dogs on a hike, jog, or puppy play date. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood with a wonderful fenced backyard. I have sat numerous dogs both young and old and throughly enjoy pup slumber parties. I love to make homemade dog treats. Let your dog be spoiled by my family and me! I will love on your pup with everything I have. I am incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. It’s been a week and just a few days of being with Rachel and her pups Gizmo has transformed. He gets exercise and mental stimulation that is soooo much needed. He’s gotten into a great routine and feels much better. Rachel’s communication has been wonderful and I’m thankful to have found her.
Rachel is quite possibly the sweetest person I’ve ever met, and it’s clear that she was born to take care of dogs. Our dog can be quite anxious and usually takes a bit to acclimate to new environments, but it was clear that he immediately felt at ease and right at home with Rachel and the other pups. She is so kind and sweet with our boy, and I love that she provides engaging and enriching activities even beyond just romping in the huge yard. I feel so at ease knowing my boy is happy, loved, and taken care of while he is with Rachel!
Another great visit for my puppy! Rachel is awesome, and this was our second time boarding our puppy, Ollie, with her. She sends multiple video updates throughout the visit, and it fun for Ollie because he has multiple other dogs to play with while he’s there! You can tell how much Rachel cares about the dogs she watches. I will certainly use her again!
Rachel was absolutely stellar! She had a great, enthusiastic personality and loves looking after dogs. She constantly educates herself about dogs and dog handling etc. I look forward to having her take care of my dogs again. They were very comfortable at her home and she sent me videos twice a day to reassure me that they were having a good time. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I have a wonderful fenced, private yard for your pup’s convenience and play needs. Your dog will also have full access to our home. Everything in our home is dog friendly - ie furniture, beds, etc. Dogs will have three floors to explore and enjoy. Depending on your dogs diet, we have several treat options available daily.

A typical day
During your pup’s stay with me, fun is guaranteed! I like to start the day with a mile walk at the local park or neighborhood to start the day right. The afternoon usually consists of peanut butter filled kongs, belly rubs, and a romp in the back yard. I’ll wrap up the day with your dog by a scavenger hunt on both levels of the house looking for treats of many kinds!
