Rachel was amazing and so accommodating. She worked really hard to make everything easy and stress-free for our dog. This was our first time using Rover and thanks to Rachel it went really well! She sent us pictures once a day and updated us on how our dog was doing. Our flight back home got delayed but Rachel did a great job of communicating with us to work things out. She was great at responding to our messages and questions. I never felt like I couldn't reach her and she respond to messages within a few hours! I will definitely rebook with Rachel next time I use Rover!

Rachel did a great job! She has been able to house sit and pet sit for me a number of times. I always get a little nervous to leave my furbies but they are always so excited to see her. It gives me piece of mind to know they are in great hands. I always appreciate how prompt Rachel is and all the updates that she provides.
