I have a lifetime of experience caring for my own pets, I have a dog and 4 cats as well as 4 equine friends at home. I have always been there for my friends and family when they need someone to look after their pets whether its for a drop in visit or someone to take care of them while they are away for longer periods of time.

Rachel did an incredible job watching our dog while we went out of town for the weekend. We got frequent updates with photos. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with Rachel. She’s very personable and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend Rachel for pet sitting and we would easily hire her again.
Rachel was very attentive to our Tilly. This was our first time leaving Tilly for this many days. Tilly has some issues we are working through with training and Rachel seemed to step right in without any issues. Rachel helped to keep her busy with walks and games, and kept us informed daily with pics and updates. We would recommend her as a sitter and likely will utilize her for future trips away.
Rachel is absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon, and were a bit nervous at the beginning of this process, as we have always taken our dogs to a boarding facility. Rachel made sure to answer all of our questions and had great ones of her own! She checked in and sent me updates 3x/day, which was wonderful! Our dogs are our babies, and we felt 100% comfortable leaving them in Rachel’s care! I would book with her again in a heartbeat!! 💓

I just ask that pet owners provide me with a history of their pets and tell me a little bit about their personality, since every pet is different. Please provide a veterinarian and good emergency contact in case something happens while you are away. Safety and having a plan in case of an emergency are top priorities for me.
A typical day
I love to take walks and throw a ball around. I'm really good at playing tug and an excellent giver of belly rubs. Whatever your pets' favorite activities are, I'm happy to entertain them! I know many pets have separation anxiety and I will do whatever it takes to stimulate their mind and distract them while their favorite person has to be away.

I work part time and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule as well as reliable transportation. I'll make sure that any scheduling conflicts are accounted for before accepting a client.
