Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Rachel. I have always loved taking care of dogs since I was a little girl. My love for dogs continued to grow when I went away for college. This is when I started watching people’s dogs and cats. I have experience watching puppies, young dogs, elder dogs, and dogs who need medication. I’m used to taking care of small dogs (chihuahuas, Pomeranians, terriers, etc.) medium dogs (Australian Shepard, French bulldogs, lots of mix breeds) and larger dogs (golden retriever, labs, golden doodles, etc). I have watched teammate’s dogs in college, friend’s dogs when I was little, and my family relied on me to take care of our three dogs by feeding, walking, and bathe them. I love dogs with a passion and I look forward to meeting your fur friend soon!

Rachel and Will are great with our pup! She stayed with them for a long weekend and we felt good knowing she was well taken care of.
Rachel and her husband were great with Kona! They adjusted well to her nature to take things slow in a new place/with new people. Rachel was very responsive and sent lots of updates throughout Kona’s stay. Looking forward to booking with them again!

I currently do not have any animals living with me but I try to visit my parents home as much as I can to walk my parent’s dog and bathe her when needed. I treat every dog how I would want my dog to be treated. I believe that dogs deserve the best and deserve to have an adventurous life.

A typical day
I love to start the day with a walk. This is the perfect time of the day since it is not too hot and not too chilly. I live really close to a park where I love to pay fetch. I’m a big fan of ending the day with a nice stroll. I believe in taking dogs on adventures (if their owner feels comfortable!).

I’m currently working full-time, but I’m available for afternoon or early walks. I’m available to board animals at my home or house sit in your home. I’m very flexible on providing what works best for your dog.
