My name is Rachael, I just moved to Key West to start a grand adventure leaning how to sail and exploring the keys with my better half and dog, Odin. I absolutely love adventures and all animals! I would say I’m Definitely the girl that will hang over the neighbor's fence just to get one more little pat on the head in. I have had animals my entire life and still remember the moment when I got my first puppy, absolutely magical. I was a foster mom for cats and dogs for 4 years and have decided to try animal sitting now for some extra income while learning how to sail. I work from home a few hours a day so I’m CONSTANTLY interacting with the animals and loving on them. Right now I currently live on a sailboat at a resort. We have 2 dogs parks available here and hang out there often. The resort is VERY dog friendly and even allow dogs in the restaurants and bars. I live on site which makes it very convenient for the resort guests to book and enjoy their stay while the dog(s) are having fun as well! I have a gentle giant dog named Odin to become furever friends with your pet(s) as well.If your animals come to my place they will have to be other pet-friendly- since I do own a large dog (Odin) he is very sweet and very gentle not to mention the best cuddler. He loves all dog sizes ❤️ He gets along very well with other animals from dogs to hamsters. He is a dog park veteran. Since I work from the boat I take the animals everywhere with me around the resort or in the jeep to the dog beach or park. I am blessed to have the freedom to spend time with the dogs and meet other dogs and dog owners around our new home. I look forward to meeting your adorable animals. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible. Just need an advance on extended stays since we do anchor out in different keys in our free time. I live at a very dog friendly resort on Stock Island. We have 2 dog parks and plenty of room for walks and the restaurants and bars even allow dogs! The dogs love it here❤️

My Labrador, Norman, has pretty rough anxiety about being left alone. I work from home so we have a pretty good situation worked out for the two of us. I trusted Rachel to be the first person to ever look over Norman for a few days. She was excellent! Daily reports and made me feel that my dog wasn’t freaking out and happy to be in her company. I couldn’t recommend her enough. - Steve
So thankful for Rachael! She took such good care of our little Gracie and at the very last minute on top of it. She allowed us to bring her for a last minute meet and greet and kept her for us for several hours so we were comfortable leaving her overnight the next day. She asked so many questions and was genuinely concerned about Gracie having the best experience possible with her. Gracie was so happy when we picked her up! We will feel perfectly comfortable leaving her with Rachael during our stay in the keys. She is amazing with dogs!
Rachael is the best! She treated our little Gracie like her own and was so great about communicating with me. She sent lots of pictures and made Gracie feel at home. I'm so grateful that we found her and I highly recommend her to anyone! She is a true dog lover!
Rachael is amazing! It is clear that she genuinely loves dogs and cares for them as though they were her own. We don't leave our little Gracie with anyone but family, but were forced to find a sitter for her while on vacation in the Keys. Rachael was so flexible and made herself available several times for us even during the 4th of July weekend. She was so understanding about how protective we are because she is the same with her baby. She allowed Gracie to snuggle with her at night and sent lots of pictures all three times she kept her. I know she made Gracie feel loved and at home because she went right to her each time we dropped her off and even ate very well while she was with her. The only thing I wish I could change about Rachael is where she lives .. I wish she lived in our home town, so we could use her all the time. Thank you, Rachael! I was so worried about leaving Gracie and you made it all stress free!
