I grew up with dogs (mostly Dachshunds) and could not live without one. I currently have a Norwegian Elkhound and love everything about her, hair and all, so I am used to the attention a shedding breed needs in terms of grooming and daily maintenance. My primary job is a traveling geologist when I am not under contract I am home for weeks-months at a time and would love to pass the time with your furry friend.
