Animals are my passion.

Pet care experience

I have owned pets since I was 7. I started working at a pet retreat and absolutely loved being around dogs and cats. I dog sit for friends and family on occasion and would absolutely love to give family a piece of mind that their fur babies are safe and well cared for. I have my own pets. They are in my everyday routine. I would be lost if they weren’t in my routine. They have plenty of play time outside. And are on their feeding schedule. I have been socializing my animals since I have owned them. They love a good chance to play. I have a fenced in yard and a separate room for the dogs to stay if I need to go out. But the dogs will always be under supervision.

Rachael and her husband were very good to our pups. We will be requesting their services again.

Rachael was our dog sitter multiple times in three years. We were new to Florida and needed someone who would care for our dogs in our home during the Holidays. Rachael came to our home to do a meet and greet with our cockerpo and goldendoodle, she went on a walk to a get familiar with our dogs routine and was very comfortable with the dogs. She stayed at our home for 7 days Our pups were care for and loved. Rachael also did day care for our pups when we were gone for long periods of time on day trips. We came back to happy pups that were fed and played with. After our loss of our goldendoodle we rescued two Seven month Golden Retriever/ Black mouth Cur Mix pups. Rachael came met the pups was very comfortable with there energy and need for attention. She stayed a weekend to care for them and showed love and attention to them. She lives To give animals affection and attention. The pups are 70lbs each. I miss having Rachael as my pet sitter especially getting to leave my pups in their home. I was comfortable with Rachael taking care of my pups. I recommend Rachael to be part Of your services. Mary Fournier

Rachael is not only great with dogs, but with all animals. She has such a big caring heart for them & treats them all as if they are her own. She has cared for and dog sat all different types of breeds of all sizes & does her best to meet their needs. She is also very outgoing and friendly so she will not be some stranger you just leave your fur baby with. You’ll get to know her and her bubbly personality that will give you a peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands! She also has experience working in a veterinarian clinic so she has background knowledge on the importance of care & safety for your pet. Would definitely recommend her!

Information Rachael P. would like to know about your pet

I was trained at the pet retreat on animal behaviors. So I try to read all ques. I would love to know your dogs personality before. If they have any anxious triggers or anything they tend to be uncomfotable with. I am willing to help make them as comfortable as possible.

A typical day

A typical day for my pups are we wake up and go outside so they can use the bathroom. I feed them and once they have rested for a little we do a short morning walk. When we come back Gunner usually plays with his toys and Rambo is a couch potato. We spend the day going in and out side. After they eat dinner we go for another walk and they have "free rome" in the sense of sniffing and walking where they please on a long lead.
