My name is Rachael M. I have been lucky enough to spend most of my life with dogs. I have had the pleasure of caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I pride myself on providing exceptional care tailored to each pet's unique needs and preferences. Whether it's going for long walks, playing fetch in the park, or simply giving lots of belly rubs, I always make sure to provide plenty of love and attention. As a pet care provider, my top priority is the safety and well-being of the pets in my care. When caring for pets in client’s homes, I take several measures to ensure their safety and security, as well as to establish a level of trust with the pet owners. During the care sessions, I always make sure to follow the instructions provided by the client, including feeding schedules, medication administration, and any other special requests. I also take measures to ensure the safety of the pet, such as keeping them on a leash when outside and making sure they are secure in the home when I leave. To establish trust with the pet owners, I provide regular updates and communication throughout the care session, including sending photos and videos of their pets and providing detailed reports on their behavior, eating habits, and any other relevant information. Overall, my goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for the pets in my care, while also establishing a level of trust and open communication with their owners.

For safety purposes I would like to know how your dog mixes with others so I can tailor their experience to maximize their comfort. Also, any medical information that might impact our time together is important to me, I have experience with medication and understanding timing and the form of administering it is important to me.
A typical day
I always try to make sure the dogs I watch have plenty of fun and stimulating activities to keep them happy and entertained. Here are some examples of the activities I might do with the dogs: 1. Playtime: Depending on the dog's energy level and interests, I might play fetch, tug-of-war, or other games to keep them active and engaged. 2. Walks and hikes: Going on walks or hikes is a great way to get some exercise and explore the outdoors. I always make sure to choose routes that are safe and suitable for the dog's needs. 3. Basic Training: Dogs love to learn new things and solve puzzles, so I might work on basic obedience training or teach them new tricks. I might also use puzzle toys or other interactive games to provide mental stimulation. Overall, my goal is to provide a variety of fun and stimulating activities to keep the dogs I watch happy, healthy, and entertained. I always tailor the activities to the dog's individual needs and preferences, and make sure to provide plenty of love and attention along the way.

I currently am a part-time student so my schedule is very flexible and I’m thankful for the freedom this gives to me incorporate pet care! I’m pretty “go with the flow” so I have no problem switching my schedule around to accommodate new bookings or changes.
