I'm my family's 'dog whisperer'. I knew I wanted to work with animals since childhood, when I spent almost all of my spare time with my dogs, and helping other people with their dog problems. It's something I know intuitively, but I've also done a lot of research! Experience: - Pet-sitting for family pets. That includes helping with leash-training and potty-training. - Walking and socializing with dogs from the Knox County Humane Society in Galesburg. - Volunteered to work with cats and rabbits at Red Door shelter in northern Chicago. - Assisted family members in the care of breeding mothers and puppies. - Not a licensed groomer, but I've bathed dogs, and cut their hair and nails. I’m a compassionate animal lover. I grew up around a lot of animals, so I'm good with dogs, but also cats, rabbits, farm animals, and other pets.
