Rachael took very good care of my dog, who clearly liked her and felt very comfortable at her place. She sent lots of pictures during her stay and was very understanding and accommodating to my flight being late. Throughout the whole process from meet-and-greet to pickup she made me feel that Aya was in good, caring hands, and I had no reason to worry. I will be very happy to use Rachael again to keep my dog safe and happy.

Rachael was excellent with my little pup, Juno. I was a little anxious at first as it was her first day without me but had complete peace of mind once she was in Rachael’s hands. I received updates and pics throughout the day. Juno seemed to have a good time too because she’s bouncing around and playing now as if she didn’t even miss me. :)
